Husband and wife team, Marcus and Mia met in London, and then moved together back to Mia's native home of Corfu, where they married in June 2005.Before moving back to Greece Mia had been a Project Manager for a leading translation company in central London, before following her passion for food and taking the role as one of Selfridges Food Hall Managers, and then running a Delicatessen in Battersea.Marcus spent 10 years working in the advertising industry as a Television Producer, following his passion for boys' toys and making ads for some leading car brands. Having left the smog behind and set up a life here in Corfu, they have focused their attention and pooled their talents and skills learnt in the rat race of London, to bring you ISLAND magazine.
